Language Access

The Commission is committed to ensuring meaningful access to its services for individuals with limited English proficiency. The Commission’s Language Access Plan establishes a framework for providing timely and reasonable language assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency who interact with the Commission. The Plan also ensures that Commission staff understand how to respond when language assistance is required.

An individual who believes that the language access services described in the Language Access Plan were not provided may file a complaint with the Commission’s Language Access Coordinator. Such complaints must be filed within six months of the alleged denial of services.

You can file a complaint form with the Commission by email or mail.
